Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. This helps us evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.

Return Eligibility: Returns are only accepted for items that are damaged or defective upon arrival. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery to initiate a return.

Return Process: If your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that customers are responsible for covering all return shipping costs. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. To start the process, email us at info@flowcho.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the item.

Non-Returnable Items: All other items, including those that are not damaged or defective, are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refund or Replacement: For approved returns, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or send a replacement item at no extra cost.
